There are 3 easy ways to view the custom photo inside the pendant:

1.Look directly into the center of the pendant lens under good lighting – the image will appear clearly.

2.Shine a flashlight through the back of the pendant lens – the image will project onto a surface like a tiny slide.

3.Use your phone’s camera – zoom in on the center of the pendant lens and the image will be revealed.

Since each Meluv Product is personalized with your photos, we do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you have up to 30 days from delivery to contact us.
We’ll review your case and, if eligible, issue a refund or send a replacement.
